It's a chance for attendees of Redeemer to gather and chat openly and confidentially about emotional wellness and mental health. Whether you or a loved one have struggled with anxiety, depression or mental illness, you are not alone. 1 out of 4 Americans face mental health issues, that means about a fourth of our congregation. Let's destigmatize talking about these issues as we look to scripture to see what our Lord says about these tough topics - and then casually share and pray together.
If you need help finding a Support Group or if you are interested in leading or hosting a Support Group, contact Pastor Adam, adamf@redeemeroc.org. In the future it would be ideal to have support groups for sexual integrity, grief & loss, and addiction recovery.
