We are excited to announce that we have hired Ellie Holt as Redeemer’s new Youth Ministry Coordinator!
Ellie, in a most stellar manner, has faithfully served as a volunteer in our youth ministry over the past year and is well loved by students and parents alike. In fact she has done so well that we have enthusiastically offered her the permanent position of our Youth Ministry Coordinator.
Ellie is an accomplished artist and has a wealth of experience working with children and youth. She is an Orange County native who currently resides in Ladera Ranch. She has been a member at Redeemer for four years, loves our community and is excited to now serve our youth in a more formal capacity!
Making this announcement regarding Ellie, also means that our current beloved Assistant Pastor of Youth and Families, Danny Morgan will be transitioning out. If you recall, one year ago Danny came on in a residency program at Redeemer for us to help him get ordained as a pastor and also for him to help us in our youth ministry. We are excited to announce that this past year has been mutually beneficial for both Danny and Redeemer. Danny has served Redeemer well and has recently received a full-time call to be an Assistant Pastor at a PCA church in Austin, Texas. Danny starts in that job in September and over the summer months him and Ellie will overlap duties for a smooth transition to take place. Later in August we will officially thank Danny for his service to our church and pray for him, Jaicee and Shepherd's new journey.
