25TH ANNIVERSARY BUILDING CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
“And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

2026 is a year to celebrate 25 years of God’s glory and goodness! God has been at work before, in, and through Redeemer Presbyterian Church of Orange County for a quarter century, and we are looking forward to God continuing to build his church over the next 25 years!
Over the past six years we have faithfully been growing our building fund for a future permanent facility. We have raised $2 million because we believe that a facility is critical to Redeemer’s future fruitfulness. Redeemer is like a beautiful potted plant, wonderful and healthy. But our church is artificially limited in its capacity for growth and missional impact.
In 2025 we told you that we needed to get a realistic picture of our internal financial capacity and the cost of purchasing and renovating a property. We anticipate that a 20-25k square foot building in our target area, will cost $10-12 million, and renovating this property to be a sacred space—so that the beauty of that space conveys our convictions about God, will bring the total to approximately $15 million.
At this time, we have a unique opportunity in the form of a $3 million-dollar matching gift which will position us to purchase a $10-12 million building. The matching gift only triggers when we reach $3 million (recent gifts & pledges from the 2025 financial preparedness process count toward the total.) All contributions must be in by the end of 2026 in order to count toward the match.
The assumption behind all the pledges is to confirm that we have sufficient funds to move forward with purchasing a building. If we don’t hit the necessary $3 million, the pledges do not need to be fulfilled, since we will conclude that the church is not ready to purchase a facility in the immediate future. If we raise the funds, we are committing to purchase a facility in the next three years.
We trust that the Lord will build his church in Orange County. We are asking you to be a part of what he is doing.
