Children's Ministry

Redeemer is bursting with kids and we love it. We passionately support parents in the discipleship and nurture of their children. At Redeemer parents find a strong community of other parents walking through (often limping through) the joys and struggles of raising kids. You are not alone in this wonderful and overwhelming responsibility.

We take the safety and protection of our children very seriously. Click here to view the child protection policies and procedures adopted by the Redeemer Session.

worship is for the kids

Children learn how to be adults not just by being taught by adults, but by watching and building relationships with adults. At Redeemer we intentionally include our children in the life of our church. We want them to know that Redeemer belongs to them as much as it belongs to their parents. During our worship service, we include them in the main sanctuary and help them engage in worship.

sermon time

Before the sermon, children from 2 years old to 5th grade are dismissed to classes taught by a team of experienced teachers and loving volunteers. After the sermon, the kids return to worship with their parents.

nursery

Our nursery is available for babies and toddlers (up to 36 months) during the worship service. If you prefer not to use the nursery, you may sit with your young children behind a glass partition in the sanctuary, or anywhere else in the building.
