Imitating Christ Together

Join us as we discuss what it means to imitate Christ not merely as individuals, but also as a community of believers. Our time will be spent considering three main discussions around this topic:
- Why imitation?
- What is imitation of Christ, anyway?
- How can we imitate Christ?
We will explore these questions as we dive deeper into the book of Ephesians and other imitation texts. Come ready to learn, grow, connect, and be challenged in living out our faith together.
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” Ephesians 4:32-5:2

About the Speaker
Jen Stegmann has been serving as the Director of Women’s Ministries at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tennesee since June 2011. Jen’s ministry to women began nearly 20 years ago while she was in college and working as an intern with her church’s youth ministry. Since that time she has ministered to women by serving on ministry teams, coordinating community groups, and teaching including a recent trip this summer to Africa training women leaders. In her current role she is responsible for leading and teaching Bible studies, discipling women, and developing ongoing leadership training. Jen’s deepest passion is to serve the church and to see women’s lives transformed by the truths of the gospel.
