Donation Drive for Project Hope Alliance

Project Hope Alliance is a non-profit organization serving youth in Orange County who are experiencing homelessness. Our on-site Case Management Program disrupts this progression with a singular mission – to end the cycle of homelessness, one child at a time. We implement trauma-informed care principles and strategies to improve the emotional, psychological, social well-being, academic success, and overall health of students experiencing homelessness from kindergarten to age 24.

Redeemer’s youth ministry will be supporting fellow Redeemer member, Madelyn (Maddie) Runcie, in the work she does with Project Hope Alliance - a non-profit organization with a target audience of Orange County youth experiencing homelessness. Our students will be collecting, organizing, and boxing selfcare items for “Boxes of Hope”. Redeemer will be doing a churchwide donation drive to collect self-care products (shampoos, body washes, deodorants, etc) on Sunday, March 12th and 19th. We will have a clearly-marked barrel for you to place your donations in.

On Sunday, March 19th, our youth will be supplying children experiencing homelessness with Self Care Kits. These boxes go directly to Project Hope Alliance youth, supplying them with the materials and confidence they deserve.

You can reference this Amazon Wish List as recommendations for items to donate for our Self Care Kits. Support our youth ministry in their endeavor to end the cycle of homelessness!
