Dear church, I have tragic news to convey. Linda Smythe died Monday morning. She was on a bicycle ride near her home when she was accidently hit by a car. Linda started attending Redeemer shorty before the quarantine, she completed Redeemer 101 virtually, and was excited to get involved in the church. Many remember her endearing personality and joyful presence from small groups or online studies. Please pray for Linda’s husband, Michael, as well as her family and friends. Pray that the truth, that Linda was born again to everlasting life and is now with her savior in glory, will comfort and sustain all who long for an end of the tragedy of this world and hope for the world to come.
